These are the beautiful whole almonds that you've been wanting.  Grown in the orchard, harvested above ground, processed by one of the most highly respected processing facilties and back to us to sell direct to you. 
These almonds are certified Regenerative through Regenified (the company owned by Gabe Brown, who we respect so much, and whose farming practices have resulted in deeper top soil than was previously thought possbile. Lets talk about this in the blog or somewhere, you're here to get almonds).  
These almonds are also certified USDA organic through CCOF
and Certified Glyphosate free, through Biochecked
 
These certificates are nice, but such a small take at all that these almonds are.  Regenified, in a gracious effort to represent to the world the efforts going into this farm, certified us a Tier 5 (another subject for another time), but it is there highest level awarded.  Their certification isn't about what the processor does, the gender of the farmer, the size of the farm, etc. They are concerned with the soil and the practices like pesticide use that effect the soil, the use of animals and cover crops, how we manage all of that, and the results that we get. We certify with them, to tell you, that the best soil experts there are, have reviewed our practices and the resulting soil, and they say "wow". 
The Organic Cert tells you that they are watching what sprays we use and that the sprays, including herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides....etc.. are approved for organic use and are believed to not have a long lasting residue.  They also police the paper trail to track that we track and ensure that our crops are the ones that you receive. They ensure that they are not mixed with conventional crops or processesd on equipment with crops that have come from environments that use glyphosate and other such substances.  They also make sure my life is difficult with excessive paperwork that seems foolish to me because we are so far from needing their standard to challenge us...but as you all don't know us yet, we want you to know we have met their standard and are well within the boundaries of organic protocals.  Once again, we do not use ANY herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, etc....we do not use any spray that kills...life is what we build and these almonds are a result of these practices.  We do experience higher than industry average for bug damage, but that can be sorted out during processing, you can't sort out spray or add back into the almond what should have been there with a thriving life system building the soil for it.  Life, we want it in the orchard, the almond, and you (and us).  
Many people, including my mom, who has been unable to eat almonds for years (because they cause her stomach pain), can eat these.   She was not allergic--so don't even try if you are, these are still tree nuts and almonds and would absolutely be expected to trigger a reaction in anyone allergic to them.
